Parcel Bru

About Us

Built out of necessity, not as a pitch.

Parcel Bru didn't start as a fulfillment business. It started as the internal warehousing and dispatch operation behind our own e-commerce brands, sold across major local and international channels — Shopify, Takealot, Makro, Leroy Merlin, Amazon, and consignment retail among them.

Running that many channels at once meant building systems for stock accuracy, pick accuracy, and dispatch turnaround that couldn't afford to be sloppy — a missed sync or a mispacked order shows up as a bad review within days, not months. Those are the same systems, the same warehouse, and the same standards this fulfillment service runs on.

That's the core difference from a standard 3PL: this operation was built by people who depend on it working, for our own business, before it was ever offered to anyone else. It's operator-built, not logistics-company-built.

Parcel Bru also maintains a close working relationship with an established, JSE-listed freight and logistics partner, which clients can draw on for import coordination — customs, compliance, and freight — without needing to manage a separate freight-forwarding relationship themselves.
