Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

This page is a plain-language summary of the terms under which Hurugo (Pty) Ltd, trading as Parcel Bru, provides warehousing and order fulfillment services. The full, binding terms are set out in the signed Service Agreement between Parcel Bru and each client; where the two differ, the Service Agreement governs.

1. Services

Parcel Bru provides storage, pick & pack, dispatch, stock sync, packaging, and returns handling services as described on the Services page, at the rates and volumes confirmed in each client's service agreement.

2. Term and cancellation

Service agreements run month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may cancel with the notice period stated in the signed agreement.

3. Fees

Fees are charged per the rate card confirmed at the time of signing, based on storage and order volume. Indicative rates are published on the Pricing page; final rates are confirmed in writing before services begin.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate SKU, handling, and packaging information during onboarding, and for keeping stock legally compliant and safe to store and handle.

5. Liability and insurance

Parcel Bru handles stock with reasonable care in line with the standards set out in the Service Agreement. Liability limits, claims process, and insurance responsibilities are defined in that agreement and confirmed with each client before stock is received.

6. Personal information

Personal information submitted through this site or collected during onboarding is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the data-protection clause of the Service Agreement, consistent with POPIA.

7. Governing law

These terms and the Service Agreement are governed by the laws of South Africa.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@parcelbru.co.za.

This summary does not replace the full Service Agreement. We recommend a final legal review of both this page and the underlying agreement before the site goes live.
