You complete a SKU, handling, and packaging spec form so we know exactly what we're storing and how it needs to be handled before anything ships to us.

Pricing & Agreement
We confirm a rate card against your actual volume and sign a service agreement. No long lock-in — terms are month-to-month.
- 03Day 3–5Then
Channel Sync
Your store — Shopify, Takealot, Amazon, or another supported channel — is connected so orders and stock levels flow through automatically.
- 04Day 5+
Go Live
Stock is received into the warehouse, checked against your spec, and the first orders go out the door.
